After a successful first trip to the Bahamas in 2019 we have decided to do it again, the MiABA conference cruise to Nassau, Bahamas for 2020 is happening.
Conference Registration
Advanced registration only. Registration deadline is February 1st, 2020. Cruise must be booked separately. Cabin availability is based on limited occupancy. Do not wait until the last minute! We look forward to having behavior analysts from all over the world on that ship!

Conference Fees
To attend, you must pay the $200 MiABA conference registration fee ($100 for students) PLUS the cost of the cruise to Nassau, Bahamas. Cruise cost will vary per person depending on the type of cabin accommodations chosen. The MiABA conference registration fee can be paid by following the links provided on this website. The cruise must be booked separately by contacting our travel agent German Brito (800) 819-3902 Ext. 82690 with Pin # 2020.
MiABA Sea-EU Escape conference registration fee = $200 ($100 for students). Registration includes MiABA annual membership and the opportunity to earn up to 10 CEUs (supervision and ethics available). Please contact Anibal Gutierrez for student registration via e-mail: anibal@mi-aba.com.

Call For Papers
We are looking for the most interesting, daring, fearless, loco, imaginative, ignite-type talks anyone is willing to present on. As long as it is about behavior analysis and meets ethical requirements, all is good! Whether your presentation is on ABA therapy, OBM, digital technology, robotics, the history of ABA, gerontology, pharmacology, education, training, or anything else, we want to hear about it. This conference is going to be epic, again!
Call for papers deadline is January 15th, 2020. All submissions should include the following: Author, Title, and Abstract (150-200 words). Also, please be sure to specify the type of presentation you are interested in giving: Symposium (50 minutes or 100 minutes), Panel discussion (50 or 100 minutes), Workshop (1 hour or 3 hours), or Ignite talk (5 minutes).

Tentative Schedule
The MiABA Sea-EU Escape schedule of events is currently as follows:
Friday February 14th, 2020: Depart from Miami on Friday afternoon at 4:00pm. Onboard MiABA social event that evening
Saturday February 15th, 2020: Day at sea and conference on-board ship
7:30am -9:00am: Yoga / mindfulness meditation CEU session in the morning with Janet Vasquez (Sunrise Yoga).

Sunday February 16th, 2020: Arrive in Nassau, Bahamas early morning. Ship docked overnight in Nassau, Bahamas Conference day and schedule for Saturday (with cocktails):
Monday February 17th, 2020: Dock back in Miami at 8:00 am
We have events planned out throughout the length of the cruise for everyone to party among like-minded professionals. If you’d rather chill and focus on the vacation of it all, feel free enjoy the ship, the island, and the drinks! No pressure, just fun 🙂
