ABC Behavior Development is seeking professional, enthusiastic, and experienced individuals to implement ABA therapeutic services. Looking for flexible candidates that will engage in one on one therapy as RBT’s. Salary is based upon experience. Multiple locations in Miami Dade and Broward counties.

The Director of Education is a clinical leadership position that oversees the Early Intensive Behavior Intervention, Academy, Vocational, and Adult programs at TVC. The Director of Education will oversee and manage all clinical operations including program and curriculum development, staff training, and caregiver involvement. The Director of Education represents TVC in the community, builds relationships with local professionals, and supports the growth of the organization.

The Victory Center is a non-profit, non-sectarian organization that provides a 360-degree scope of services that promote the overall well-being of the autism community. The Victory Center was founded in 2000 by Barry and Judi Nelson, the parents of a child with autism who found themselves frustrated by the lack of appropriate educational opportunities for their son. The Victory Center provides educational services to children, adolescents, and young adults with autism. The Victory Center is a lifespan educational service including Early Intensive Behavioral Intervention, Elementary, Middle and High School (Academic and Vocational tracks), and Adult programs.
North Miami Beach
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) are independent contractors who work on a part-time or full-time basis to train and supervise the work of RBTs and BCaBAs, train parents and caretakers on the ABA techniques relevant to their child’s program, devise skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatment plans for children with developmental delays, and provide continuous supervision and revisions of existing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs). Additionally, BCBAs conduct weekly team meetings and training seminars for Lotus staff, parents and other professionals in the field of behavior analysis. All of our positions require travel as we are strictly a provider of behavioral services in the natural environment. All candidates must have reliable transportation and must be available for a minimum of 2 days per week (Mon-Fri) and for a minimum of 3 consecutive hours each work day.
Varies between $55-$70 per hour depending on experience and education
